 Can I smoke inside Narrabundah Ballpark?

Narrabundah Ballpark is a smoke (and vape) free venue. Patrons must exit the stadium if they wish to smoke. Please retain your ticket and show staff or security upon re-entry. 

 Can I purchase merchandise at the Ballpark?

A Merchandise outlet is located behind the General Admission seating on the third baseline. 

 What happens when bad weather is forecast for a game?

• If a game is canceled due to weather before the game begins; the information will be posted prominently on the ABL and home team’s websites, as well as the home team’s social media accounts, as soon as possible.
• In the case of a canceled game; patrons with pre-purchased tickets should hold their tickets for use as a rain check voucher for when the game is rescheduled.
• Doubleheaders are a single-ticket event, so if one game is regulation, then no rain checks or refunds will be given if the second game is not played or is called before becoming regulation

Can I exit and re-enter the Ballpark during a game?

If you need to exit the ballpark, you may collect a pass out from the ticket box. Please show this to the security upon re-entering the ballpark. 

Accessibility

Narrabundah Ballpark has a number of complimentary accessible car park spaces located via Kyeema st. These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. If you require further assistance, please email tickets@canberracavalry.com.au

Do you offer accessible seating?

Accessible seating is available for purchase online at CanberraCavalry/tickets, or in person at the box office windows on game days. Ticket holders who need to change their seats for accessible seating can also visit the Ticket box on game days.

 What is permitted in the stadium 

Patrons are not permitted to bring in outside food or beverages. However, baby food, food required for special dietary or allergen requirements or sealed bottled water (up to 1 liter) and personal water bottles are permitted. Food and beverages can be purchased inside the venue.

What qualifies for concession Pricing? 

• Pensioner Concession Card
• Health Care Card
• Low Income Health Care Card
• Commonwealth Seniors Health Card (for eligible self-funded retirees who have reached qualifying age for Age Pension.)
• Student ID Card (with a valid USI)

 Do children get in free at Narrabundah Ballpark?

Children 2 & under are free 

 Can I bring in a backpack?

Backpacks are permitted inside the Ballpark but will be checked by security upon entry. 

 Can I bring in an esky?

Eskies are not permitted in the Ballpark. 

 Can I bring my child’s stroller into the Ballpark?

Strollers are permitted in the stadium. 

 I have a medical condition that requires me to bring in something on the prohibited list. What should I do?

 What time do gates open?

Gates open one hour prior to the first pitch.

 Where can I go with a General Admission ticket?

General Admission tickets do not come with a seat. You have access to the main concourse, the first and third base bleachers. Upgrades to seating are based upon availability and request. 

Do I have to print my tickets or can I use a digital wallet?

You do not have to print your tickets; digital barcodes and online tickets can be scanned.

RAIN POLICY

If the weather is poor, what are my options?

IF IT IS RAINING BEFORE THE GAME…

If it is raining before the game, please keep in mind that we do try to keep the game scheduled for its regular start time. Team officials monitor the forecast closely and do their best to keep the field playable for first pitch. A call will likely not be made until close to game time. Please stay tuned to our social media channels for the latest updates. We will also try to keep members and fans updated via email.

And keep in mind, while it may be raining where you are, it may not be raining at the ballpark!

IF IT STARTS RAINING DURING THE GAME…

If it begins to rain during the game, the grounds crew will cover the field with tarp in order to keep the conditions as playable as possible. The game will then enter a rain delay. During this delay, the umpires and team officials will monitor the forecast and determine if the game can continue or will be called a rainout.

If more than five innings have been played, it is considered an official game and the score will be final. If less than five innings have been played, a voucher for a future game may be issued.

TICKETING POLICY

If the game does not complete five innings and is officially suspended or postponed, your tickets can be exchanged for a future regular season game of the current season. Group Package seats in the Saloon or Bunker Boxes will be contacted directly to arrange a reschedule in the event the game is canceled.
